Florals for the Table
Original watercolour florals created especially for weddings, showers and meaningful celebrations. Each bespoke design begins with flowers chosen for the occasion — creating an artful detail that helps each person at the table feel intentionally thought of and cared for.
Professionally produced, laminated and ready to style, the finished florals become part of the experience of gathering: something beautiful for guests to discover at their place, enjoy throughout the celebration and keep long after the day is over.
Step 1: Choose Your Floral Direction
Begin with the Hannie Art floral library and select from original watercolour designs already created for the collection. If you have something specific in mind, a custom-painted floral can also be commissioned.
Step 2: Personalize Your Selection
Your chosen florals are prepared for your celebration in the quantities you need and produced at the standard size of approximately 4” x 7”. Custom sizing is also available when a different scale better suits the table setting or event.
Step 3: Your Florals Are Produced for the Day
The final artwork is professionally printed, laminated and prepared as ready-to-style decorative pieces for your guests — designed to bring an artful, whimsical detail to the table and to be kept long after the celebration.
How It Works
Floral Design Options
Floral Library — Choose your floral designs from the evolving Hannie Art Library Collection or speak to me about what might be in production. Designs vary slightly in scale and character.
Custom-painted florals — New original watercolour florals may be commissioned when a particular flower or design is not available in the existing library.
Coordinating table number cards — Available to complement your selected floral designs and carry the artwork through the table setting. Quoted separately.
Sizing — Most florals are designed at approximately 4”x7”, with select library designs available at a larger scale. Alternate or custom sizing available by quote on production requirements.
Pricing
Standard florals are approximately 4” x 7” and include consultation, use of existing Hannie Art floral artwork professional printing, two-sided lamination, laser contour cutting and individual quality inspection. Clients may choose up to four floral designs from the Library. Pricing below applies to floral designs from the Library or any in production. Custom-painted florals, alternate sizing and additional finishing are quoted separately.
Per Guest Place Setting
100 - 199 place settings — $11 per floral
200+ place settings — $10 per floral
Available Library Florals
The Hannie Art Floral Library is an evolving collection of designs available for wedding and celebration orders, with new florals added as they move through painting and production. Retired designs may be later be released in limited quantities through the End-of-Run Collection.
If a requested flower is not available within the current library, a new original watercolour can be commissioned for $250 per floral design. Each custom-painted floral includes up to two edits.
Custom-Painted Florals
Larger or alternate sized are available and quoted individually according to requirements of the event. Additional finishing such as ribbon, tagging, hole punching or other presentation details can also be added and will be quoted separately.
Orders may also be produced without laser contour cutting, with pricing determined according to the selected format and production requirements.
Custom Sizing & Finishing
Table number cards can be created to complement you selected floral designs, carrying the artwork through the table setting. Quoted separately.
Coordinating Table Number Cards
Wedding and celebration florals are booked seasonally, with a limited number of orders accepted for each production period. Please plan approximately 4-6 months ahead of your required delivery date. A 50% deposit secures your booking and production window. Additional print runs, changes made after production has begun, or additions to the original order will be quoted separately. All bookings are confirmed through a signed project agreement outlining scope, payment terms, production details and use of Hannie Art artwork.

Tell me a little about your celebration, the number of guest place settings you’re planning for and whether you’re interested in a Floral Library design, available End-of-Run florals or something created more specifically for your event.
Library Florals — active Hannie Art floral designs available fro wedding and celebration orders. Designs may be currently in inventory or in painting and production, with availability confirmed at the time of inquiry.
Limited-Run Florals — existing physical inventory from a prior production run, available only in the designs and quantities currently on hand.
Custom-Painted Florals — newly commissioned original artwork created specifically for the client or event.
